Shipping rates start at $14.98.
Free shipping is available on orders with a subtotal over $1,500.00 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only).
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via UPS or LTL freight (Less-Than-Truckload), depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.
Please note: Orders ship directly from our warehouses and are not available for local pickup.
Processing & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping origin of each brand.
Illinois (Pioneer, Oberon, Peakworks, Jackson Safety, K1, Due North, Sellstrom)
- Processing Time: Same or next business day
- In-State Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Out-of-State Delivery: 2–5 business days
Indiana (Berne)
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days
- In-State Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Out-of-State Delivery: 2–5 business days
Ohio (Blåkläder)
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- In-State Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Out-of-State Delivery: 2–6 business days
Texas, Ontario (Stormtech)

Returns
Standard Returns
To request a return due to incorrect size, style, or color, please email orders@safetywear.com with your order number and item details (style, color, size, and quantity).
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA).
A 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.
Incorrect Shipments
If we made an error with your order, contact us at orders@safetywear.com with full details. We will provide return instructions and cover return shipping costs.
Defective Products
All products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
To report a defective item, email orders@safetywear.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be authorized with a valid RA number.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds after inspection.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy.
