Chest: Measure 1" below armpit with tape measure level and snug against your body.

Inseam: Meaure with tape measure held against crotch and extend straight down to the floor.

Difference in Short & Tall Sizing

Short: 2" shorter in the torso than regular sizes. 1" shorter in the sleeve than regular sizes.

Tall: 2" longer in the torso than regular sizes. 1" longer in the sleeve than regular sizes.
