Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Elgin, Illinois (USA). Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after processing. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via UPS or LTL freight, depending on the size of the order and delivery location.

  • Orders cannot be picked up at our warehouse.

We offer free shipping* on orders with a subtotal over $1,500.00. 

*Free shipping is available within the continental United States (lower 48 states) only.

Shipping Area

Safetywear.com ships within the United States only. Orders shipping to remote or rural areas may be subject to extended delivery times.

Minimum Order Requirements

The following brands do not require a minimum order:

  • Stormtech
  • Berne

The following brands may be combined to meet a $300 minimum order requirement:

  • Pioneer

Returns

Standard Returns

If you need to return items due to incorrect size, style, or color, email orders@safetywear.com with your order number, style numbers, colors, sizes, and quantities. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA).

A 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.

Incorrect Shipments

If we made an error with your order, please contact orders@safetywear.com with full details of the items received, including style, size, color, quantity, and order number. We will provide return instructions and cover return shipping costs.

Defective Products

All products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

To report a defective item, email orders@safetywear.com with your order number, product details (style, color, size, quantity), and a description of the issue. We will follow up with next steps.

Return Conditions & Policies

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be authorized by Safetywear.com.
  • Returns without a valid RA number will be refused.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed after inspection.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only.

Once an order has been shipped or picked up by the carrier, it is subject to our standard return policy.
